Can three PLA:s be connected to the same network?

Is my network topology ok? Reason for asking is that after a while when connecting the three PLA:s the network becomes unstable and the router unreachable. If I disconnect the one circled in yellow all is fine again and the Deco mesh connected to one of the PLA:s forwards traffic to the network.
