bug nebula port profiles...
Hello everyone,
to start yes it stands as beta, so i know there could be some issues with it.
I think i found a small bug in nebula. and it's easy to reproduce.
I added a new switch into nebula. everything is default. (port settings etc.)
this is the overview at the moment.
just one port i have connected. when i hoover over an port i get this:
this is correct.
Now i disable all ports. Except the uplink ofcourse.
just by selecting all ports except the uplink, and then edit. like image above.
above is the outcome. everything fine. The overview looks likes this now:
so looks allright, all ports disabled. Fine.
now i do the following:
i put an port profile on all ports, except number one, and let say put this config on it
so ports are enabled. and have an other vlan also in this example. but that is not important i think.
the overview looks like this now
ports are showed as still disabled, but as you can see, the status is disconnected….
in my opinion, they should be shown as disconnected instead of disabled.
yours dennis

oh before you ask, why are you disabling all ports first… i was at a customer, and it was very late, and we got some issues on the network. So at that time, the most easy was to disable all ports, and enable the most important ports, so at least it was possible to work for them….
