Nebula IPSec VPN for iOS 18

I have an ATP100 on Nebula and I can't get the IPSec VPN to work on any ios devices.
I can see from the firewall logs that it fails with this error: "IPsec SA negotiation failed".

I have tried this from an iPhone XS running ios 18.3 and a couple of ipads running a different version of ios 18.

Hi @Dylan96 ,

We have confirmed the issue and will fix it in firmware version 5.40. In the meantime, here is a workaround solution:

• After configuring Remote Access VPN (IKEv2), download the mobileconfig of iOS.
  
• Open the file and delete these two lines manually.

• Save the file and import it to iPhone/iPad.

We just run the test on iOS 18.2.1 and ATP100 5.39(ABPS.1), it is working.
