Captive portal logout-ip deprecated

I have an ATP500 on Nebula with a captive portal. I had configured a logout-IP, and it's no longer working.

I had saved this KB, and it's no longer available. Why? https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/it/requests/466594

I used the following commands:

configure terminal

web-auth web-portal

session-page activate

exit

web-auth login setting

logout-ip 1.2.3.4

exit

    Regarding your question, it seems like this configuration worked before on this Nebula mode ATP500. May I know when it failed to work?

    I set it up at the end of October 2024. I couldn't tell you when it stopped working, I just happened to notice it yesterday.

    After restoring the default theme (we had configured a customised page) the logout url works correctly. But how come that KB was deleted?
