Question: 

How can I resolve the "Disconnected - Operation modes mismatch" error when adding my device to the Org in monitor mode?

Answer: 

This issue occurs when your device was deployed by gamma site, but does not change back to officail site due to some reason. 

Steps:

  1. Access the CLI of your device.
  2. Enter the following command: debug nativemode site official
  3. Try to add your device to the Org in monitor mode again.

If the issue persists, please contact Zyxel support for further assistance.
