All Zyxel devices disappeared in Nebula overview

since a couple of days all successfully registered devices disappeared in nebula overview.
No local access possible to the devices…nebulos credentials ar Not working.
No response from Zyxel support…
SSIDs are displayed but different Wifi-passwords…
Local wifi runs without any problems.
What happend?
Is this a bug, have I been hacked?

Could you send me one of the device's MAC address & S/N so I can track this issue? I will send a private message for the request.
