Client List > All - Only 24 hours

When on the Site Wide > Client list, if you select "Access point clients" or "Switch clients" or "Security gateway clients" from the first menu, the second menu then gives you options for Last 2 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or Custom.

But, when the "All" option is selected in the first menu, the second menu only lets you go back 24 hours. Why can we not also have the same options available in the second menu?

    We opted to offer only the "past two hours" and "past 24 hours" options on the all-client page to enhance user experience. This is because the number of clients across the entire site is quite large—sometimes reaching thousands in certain cases. Selecting a longer observation period could result in significantly longer loading times, affecting user satisfaction.

    However, we understand that users may still need to track or review past connected clients. We have made longer observation periods available on individual device-type client pages to accommodate this need. Since the data is filtered in these views, the loading time is much faster, allowing users to retrieve the necessary information efficiently.
