confused about access and trunk ports
I'm missing some knowledge about access and trunk ports, at least i don't understand something.
to start, we only use nebula based devices, no on premise.
i was understanding that when i configure an port as access port with pvid20 for example, this port belongs to vlan20.
But it seems it does not work this way. When i configure my desktop lan adapter with vlanid 30, my network adapter receives an ip addres from this vlan30.
So how to prevent this?
I was thinking must i configure it as trunk pvid20, and allow only vlan20? but why using access ports then?
i'm a little confused.

Hi @Dpj,
Is the management VLAN of this access port enabled? And the management VLAN is also VLAN 30?
If so, you need to disable it first.
If not, could you help collect tech support when this issue happens? So we can check the VLAN table and MAC table to investigate this issue.

Ok, when i have some time, i will make an clean configuration (now we use an template with many settings). to see if i have the issues still. If so, i will send the complete configuration.
