Hi community,
it happened to me that sometimes, not everyday , my APs will go offline for a few minutes sometime between around 2~5 AM
anyone experience this kind of issue? I had my laptop running overnight but sometimes it gets disconnected which is kinda annoying.

    Your NAPs go offline from NCC? Hmm weird. Is there PoE schedule activated?

    It happened to me that I experienced some disconnections but this was the SSID due to DCS, the NAP was always online

    Hi FMAlchmst,
    Are you using dynamic IP or static IP from your ISP?

    I dont have PoE schedule, also I don't think DCS is the problem too, it doesn't make sense to show offline when it is performed.
    I need to check with the ISP for my building, don't know what they're using my guess is probably dynamic since its charging me cheaper than their advertisements

    Hmmm interesting.
    Have your ISP/you performed any network stress test on your internet connectivity?

    I have 4 networks running NAP, and I don't have such a problem.
    you can install a ping tool, and running it on your LAN, to ping something on the internet continuously.
    the next day you check the log, to see if your internet is really down when NAP is offline.

    @Nebula_Dean
    I am using dynamic IP as told from my ISP, also they told me it is possible to happen disconnection if IP is reset, which mostly happen around 4-5 AM.
    @newtype thanks I'll try your method to see if it's because of my ISP service
