Why cannot I find my AP on Nebula?

Please ensure that you have completed the registration and you have entered the correct organization and site where the device is being registered on Nebula.

  • If you are unsure of the organization and site where the device is registered, tap More » My Devices & Services at the top-right of the Nebula page. Then, search for the device using its MAC address or serial number to check the registered organization and site name under your account.
  • If the device does not appear in the My Devices & Services page, the registration may have failed or the device may be registered under a different Nebula account.
