[2025 March] SecuReporter Maintenance Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our commitment to providing you with better and more efficient services, we will be carrying out a system migration process on Mar 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (UTC+8). During this period, SecuReporter portal services and some related functions will be suspended.

However, SecuReporter will continue to receive logs from Zyxel devices during the maintenance, and all the latest data will be fully retained. System maintenance is expected to be completed within a maximum of 8 hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your support and understanding.
