ATP 500 - Random Reboot

Hi,

My ATP 500 frequently restarts several times a day. Apparently for no reason.
From the System Log you can clearly see it.

Of course, each time the network is interrupted for 3-5 minutes.
Any idea what the reason is?

    Hi,

    I waited a few days and kept a close eye on the ATP500.
    To date I can say that it has not rebooted after five days.

    Update:

    This issue is fixed by weekly firmware, and it will be included in the next firmware release.

    Hi,

    Update ...
    I downloaded the Debug file (as indicated)

    and checking the file diag_zysh_system.dbg there are many occurrences :

    Reason: <Continue> Fatal Error Causes System Reboot

    What do they mean?

    Hi,

    Excuse me, but is there no one from Zyxel?
    The equipment is becoming unserviceable. It reboots all the time. Even right now it has rebooted with almost no traffic.
    I am seriously thinking of buying something else and giving up on Zyxel with its ‘negative publicity’.
    Is it not possible to get to the cause ?
