Turn off Nebula not possible

Having problems with 5g connection shutting down. Probably because i ran nebula from the start and then removed the device and rebooted with factory settings.

In the zyxel-setting the option for nebula on-off is not availible (marked grey and not possible to switch off)

Rebooted To factory settings Manytimes.

What can be the problem here?

Could you share which mobile router you are using and the specific issue you’re facing?

Do you mean that your router was initially managed by Nebula, but you later removed it from Nebula to switch to standalone mode?

Hi,

Problem Solved now.

The issue was that i "deleted from site" in the nebula app. This doesnt remove the device fully. I had to log in with the browser and "delete from organization". Then it worked and i can now run it without nebula.
