Firewall disconnected from SecuReporter
Hello everyone,
I manage a Flex100 that suddenly disconnected from SecuReporter.
It is strange because it is online:
Its settings are OK:
Anyway this is the welcome page on SecuReporter:
Is it possible that this device, renamed from one site to another one with different configs but inside the same Organization, encountered a bug on SecuReporter data provisioning?
Having SecuReporter working properly is essential.

Update:
The issue is due to misconfiguration on connectivity check on WAN interface, fix the misconfiguration fix this issue.

I checked with our engineer that this issue needs to access your organization. Could you enable Zyxel support access so our engineer can check this issue? Also, please share the org name and the timestamp of this issue that occurred with us.

I can confirm what @Zyxel_Melen wrote.
It was a misconfiguration with connectivity check option inside WAN details, the firewall was looking for a non-existent IP.
