My Nr7102 wont connect to Zyxel Air, only WebUI but logged in as admin i cannot access any settings, only view the current settings and reboot the antenna.
Tried both the internal WiFi and directly connected to the LAN from the antenna.

Tried setting the IP and port manualy in Advanced Settings in the app, it will still not let me connect only the fault screen that it cannot access/find the zyxel device.

The only menus available are: Home | System Monitor | Maintenance

FW version: 1.00 (ABYD.3)D0

I Have tried to factory reset by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds with no luck still not able to access the antenna from the app or flash firmware sice I cannot get to the settings menu.

Anyone got anny ideas on what can work?

Unfortunately, this router is dead. The support is non-existent, and it hasn’t received any modem or firmware updates for almost a year, so we’re stuck with the issues—unlike its cousin, the NR7101, which gets updates every 2-3 months.

There is an update that fixes a critical CVE, but even though it has been published on Zyxel's support page, it hasn’t been released to users and we are stuck with critical security problems.

The CVE was publisher on December, Update was released almost immediatly for NR7101.

NR7102 update was advertised on article but never published and left its users with critical security issues despite being aware of the problem.

This device is a top-tier hardware with garbage-tier support. It’s clear that Zyxel is more interested in making money and sell as many routers as possible than in supporting and satisfying its customers.
