Hi, it won´t work. I get error code 691 with windows 10 and no connection on ios.

Welcome to the forum.

L2TP IPSec on Windows 10 problems are known.

Quick solution is to execute, and reboot the pc

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PolicyAgent /v AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule /t REG_DWORD /d 0x2 /f

Is the issue persist? Could you please screenshot VPN category logs in NCC (Gateway>event log) also Windows L2TP setting for us.
