Problem with Multy app for mykt X

When installing the first Multy X device the app failed at connecting to network. The wifi got created and i can Connect to it, but the app gets stuck on connecting, so i cant add device 2

    Hi @HakonTveit ,

    What is your app version, phone model, and OS version?

    Could you follow these steps to reinstall the app and set up the Multy devices?

    1. Remove the Multy device from the app.
    2. Uninstall the Multy app from your phone.
    3. Re-download and reinstall the Multy app from the store.
    4. Set up the Multy device again.

    If the issue persists, please go to App > Send Feedback and send us a report. We will check the app log for any abnormalities.

    i have a iPhone 13 on IOS 18.3.1. The Multy app is version 2.6.1. I have already tried factory restting my device and reinstalling the app. I never Get last the install phase on the app, so the send feedback is not avalible. The device creates a working wifi i have connected to, but the app cant seem to connect

    It seems like there is the issue with your Multy's firmware version. To proceed with this case, we need to have a remote session, so we would like to have your assistance with the following steps:

    1. Establish connections: Please connect your laptop, which has Teamviewer or Anydesk installed, to the Multy device.
    2. Disable sleep/lock modes
    3. Confirm session time: Your available time, appreciate the time in the period of 01:00-09:00 (UTC+0).
    4. Teamviewer/ Anydesk credentials: Please provide us with your credentials via the private message by clicking to my account > Message.
