FWA710 not connecting to Vodafone UK 5G NSA

I have recently purchased a FWA710 as my area was just upgraded to 5G NSA. Speeds much better on my phone than what 4G used to be. I am in a rural location, 700m line of sight to the tower with nothing but fields inbetween. Signal is great, -59dBm RSRP, -6 RSRQ, 35 SINR. However, the router simply will not connect to 5G NSA. it is on the same band and cell tower as my phone, but my phone is getting 120-150mpbs download and the router is getting 80ish. Have i got some settings wrong? The preferred network type is set to 5G NSA/4G.

If you follow the guide but the issue persists, please enable Zyxel support access by following the steps in this link and provide your Nebula organization/site name.
