NR7302 - without password sticker - Zyxel really this bad?

Dear Zyxel,

a lot of users bought the NR7302 second hand and on some units the password sticker is entirely missing.

Zyxel denied any support so far for such units because they are "carrier provided". You don't have to provide hardware guarantee. But do you really want to be seen as a company who does not help users?

People are in rightful possession of a device from Zyxel and struggling to use them because of a missing default password sticker.

Is there anything you're willing to do to help?
