Reboot USG Flex GUI Access Only

Hi Guys
I have a Flex 200 that has lost communication with Nebula NCC, the appliance is up and running ok though. It is not possible for anyone to gain access to pull the plug for a power cycle.
I can VPN on to the network ok and log in to GUI of the Flex but I do not see a reboot option anywhere in the options. Any ideas what I can do to reboot the appliance?
