Nebula App shows different Security Alert hits number

Hello everyone,

I went online to check an Organization:

and I see that the Nebula webpage shows zero Security Alerts and 81 CDRs:

while the Nebula App shows 7 Security Alerts:

So I think that something is not working properly here.

Hi @GiuseppeR,

The "Security Alert Detected" on the Nebula app is the same as the "Security Alert" on the Nebula dashboard. The current difference is that one reference shows the last 7 days, and the other shows the last 24 hours. However, displaying the last 24 hours is weird(too short). I will check with our team to see if this is an issue.

I suggest to change it to 7d value, like th CDRs counter

After checking with our team, we will change it to 7 days as the CDRs counter and the Nebula APP. I will update you once this improvement has been implemented.
