Basic cloud-based device management for Nebula Access Points using the Nebula Control Center (NCC) is free of charge. This includes essential functions such as device onboarding, monitoring, and basic configuration.

However, access to advanced features may require the purchase of additional licenses. The available license options for Access Points in Nebula include:

  1. Nebula Pro Pack License
This license is specially crafted for Nebula access point products, providing advanced feature settings like Wireless Health, Vouchers, and Advanced WiFi AAA Security. It imparts a greater degree of customization and control to your access point, enhancing network efficiency and security.

*Note: It's necessary for all managed devices within the same organization to purchase and be correctly allocated a Nebula Pro Pack License in order to utilize Pro Pack features.
  2. Connect & Protect (CNP) / Connect & Protect Plus (CNP+)
These licenses are designed specifically for small businesses to provide an effortless and cost-effective means to establish robust network protection. Users connected to a Wireless Access Point with Zyxel’s Connect & Protect service enabled on the Nebula cloud networking platform will automatically receive protection against threats such as phishing attacks, malware downloads, and harmful/malicious website accesses.
  3. Secure WiFi Service License
This service aids in creating a secure L2 tunnel for Work-From-Home users to the office, ensuring the same security level, user experience, WiFi, and even the same IP address as in the office. This significantly improves productivity and simplifies IT support. The service is included in the ATP Gold Security Pack and USG FLEX UTM Security Pack.
