Internet/wife issue

So I have no idea what type of internet/WiFi box i have but im currently without internet, it has power and is working fine but the internet light is not lighting up, ive tried restarting it many times, it has done this once before but it fixed itself after about an hour but ive now waited over 24 hours, any help is welcome thank you!

    It looks like you have to contact your ISP to check why there's no internet.
