NCC does not find the switches

I have some GS2220 devices and until yesterday at 6:30 pm everything was fine. An update to firmware version V5.00 (ABRQ.1) | 03/21/2025 appeared. After this update the NCC can no longer find the devices, they are offline. However, they are working normally on the local network. Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi @Gel,
I did a local test and there's no issue. Maybe a local network issue on the DHCP server? Please reference the Nebula switch troubleshooting guide to check what caused the offline issue.
