Intra ID SSID acces - Which MS Licens?

Does Business Standard + INTUNE license support the Intra ID single sign on SSID just released? Ref below:

You need to have a Microsoft license that supports Microsoft Entra ID. Please refer to the available packages and choose one that is suitable for your company's needs.

Sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is a Nebula Pro Pack feature. This functionality is only available to organization with the active Nebula Pro Pack subscription.

I understand the Nebula license part. But do companys need a specifik Microsoft 365 License to make this work?
