I try to connect two fiber ports on flex 700 aggregated, whether I configure them in LAG or LACP, when I connect them to the switch one of the two ports turns off

Kindly note that if selecting Active-Backup mode, the link status would be down for the backup ports.
Could you provide the results of two CLI command?
>>show state vrf main interface lag
>>show port status0
