Disable AP Isolation.

My internet company just installed a Zyxel router and now I can connect several of my devices, including my google nest and my VR headset. I tried calling my internet provider and they are useless. I read somewhere I might have to disable AP isolation. So I registered onthe Zyxel site, entered my MAC ID and serial number but it can't locate my device. I'm at my wits end with this thing. I need help. Thank you!
