NR7302 5g router issues

Hi
I just purchased the Zyxel NR7302 5g router and it is causing me a ton of issues.
- Slow speed when I connect my Asus router via lan. 60mbit via NR6g-NSA instead of 350mbit via my iphone with the same sim card.
- wifi on the Zyxel router has no internet.
My firmware is 1.00(ACHA.4)b5_F0.
When I search for newer firmware via the app or the browser interface there are none available but only apparently the V1.00(ACHA.6)b3 is the newest firmware.
The Zyxel website has nothing. That is ridiculous to me. It says contact your Zyxel supplier for the file.
Anybody who can help? Otherwise the device is going straight back to the shop.
