[NEBULA] Dead GS1920v2-24HP

Hi Chaps,

I recently setup 12 x GS1920v2-24hp switch's for a client, unfortunately one has died. I returned it to my office and tried a complete reset but failed. The unit powers up but the "sys" light consistently flash's, if i connect my laptop to any port i get no connection and the switch led does not light up

Any idea's please

Hi @dpssupport ,

If the SYS LED is always blinking after you power on the Switch, it may mean that the Switch can't boot up properly.

Please contact the reseller or our local support and they will help you for RMA process.
