Multy X Setup Issues

Hi,

As many others on this forum, I am having issues accessing multiple sites that have Multy X (WSQ50) units installed. The app loads indefinitely with "connecting" at the top. If I reset the Multy X and go through the setup process, I can create a WiFi network and the Multy x functions as a router, however the setup eventually fails with "Settings Error". Loading the app again then either presents the same base homepage with connecting at the top or simply doesn't load at all. Other posts have mentioned checking to make sure the units have the latest firmware, but I cannot get into the app to check or enable remote support.

I'm using Android app version 2.6.2.240202 (installed from PlayStore)

Please can I have a link to the latest firmware and instructions to install said firmware which I believe was mentioned to be V2.20(ABKJ.8)C0.

    I would just like to say thankyou to Zyxel_Judy for providing the latest firmware and update instructions. That has completely resolved our problems, we are finally able to setup the Multy X units again.

    Hey There,

    Today my Network stoppen working and I am Not able to Access my multy x devices anymore.
    Could you please send the firmware and the instructions to me too?
    That would be grateful.

    I too am having troubles with connecting to my Multy X WSQ50 device using the app. Same problems as the original poster. Can you please help me out by providing the latest firmware for the Multy X device.
