How to delete a MAC address in Cloud authentication

In Cloud Authentication, there are two locations where MAC Authentication is supported:

  • Site-wide > Configure > Cloud authentication > MAC
  • Organization-wide > Organization-wide manage > Cloud authentication > MAC

To delete a MAC address entry from Site-wide > Configure > Cloud authentication > MAC, simply check the box in front of the MAC address and click the Remove users button.

If the Remove users button remains inactive when selecting a MAC address from the Site-wide page, it means the entry was created under Organization-wide manage > Cloud authentication > MAC.

In this case, you must go to the Organization-wide section to remove it.
