Zyxel WAP NWA220AX-6E blinking green



WAP is registered on NCC, showing green in nebula, gets IP address. However it is blinking breen and according to your guide it say its not registered to NCC which it is. Any help would be appreciated.

If your AP is slowly blinking green (On for 1 second, Off for 1 second), there might be three reasons for this behavior.
- The wireless module of the Zyxel Device is disabled or fails.
- The Zyxel Device is using default WiFi settings.
- The Zyxel Device is configured to be managed by NCC but is not yet registered with the NCC.
Given that your AP is already registered with NCC, we suggest you confirm your SSID is properly configured in Nebula under Configure > Access points > SSID settings. Additionally, head to Site-wide > Devices > Access Points to ensure the configuration status shows "Up to date".
On the other hand, please ensure the device is running in full power mode. The NWA220AX-6E requires one of the following power sources:
- PoE (802.3at): 21W power consumption
- DC input: 12V DC, 2A
