Hi, I created my account using Google authentication.

Now I would like to use the same Google email but with a dedicated password, as I understand that signing in with Google may have some limitations.

How should I proceed?

We understand your request and would like to better assist you. Could you please let us know if there’s a particular reason or limitation that makes you want to switch from Google authentication to a password-based login using the same email address?

Please note that this type of login method change is not available via self-service at the moment.

Good morning Tina,

The reason for my question is that I seem to recall reading somewhere (I can't remember if it was a post or the FAQ) about certain limitations when managing NCC if accessing with a Google account. However, if you can confirm that there are no such limitations, I will continue using my Google account to log in.
