Hi @Alab2025,
Thanks for reaching out!
We understand your request and would like to better assist you. Could you please let us know if there’s a particular reason or limitation that makes you want to switch from Google authentication to a password-based login using the same email address?
Please note that this type of login method change is not available via self-service at the moment.

Good morning Tina,
The reason for my question is that I seem to recall reading somewhere (I can't remember if it was a post or the FAQ) about certain limitations when managing NCC if accessing with a Google account. However, if you can confirm that there are no such limitations, I will continue using my Google account to log in.
Thank you.

Hi @Alab2025,
Thanks for your follow-up!
After reviewing your concern and referencing our official guide on Enhancing Security with 2FA Enforcement in Nebula, I assume the limitation you were recalling might be this:
The only known limitation is that Google and Apple sign-in methods are not compatible with Nebula's Organization-wide 2FA enforcement.
This means if your organization chooses to enforce 2FA for all admin accounts, Google login accounts will not be able to meet that requirement and therefore won't be usable under that policy. So unless you plan to enable 2FA enforcement, you can continue using your Google account to access NCC without any issue or restricted functionality.
