PSA Integrations for MSP

Hoping we can get some PSA integrations for the MSPs in the group. It would be great to have client, site and hardware data along with licensing passed to a PSA so things are easier to manage - especially licensing renewals.

Currently, we are using HaloPSA but also see a need to integrate with Connectwise Manage and autotask.

There is a pretty cool company (https://www.mspcentric.io/) that already has the API integrations for all of the popular PSA tools, you would just need to work and get the nebula API connected.

This really is the next step for the MSP license to help us MSPs!

(Please note that auto-renewal is not available for Nebula software licenses; renewals must be done manually. MSP licenses are account-based licenses.)

Current Status:

• Zyxel Nebula already provides OpenAPI functionality that allows integration with third-party systems
• However, I acknowledge that what you're requesting goes beyond basic API access - you're looking for pre-built connectors and enhanced MSP-specific API endpoints

Since this involves both API enhancements and potential third-party integrations, I recommend:

Join our Zyxel Nebula Public API Program - Please contact your local sales or support engineer to join this program, which will allow you to:

• Submit detailed feature requests for specific API endpoints you need
• Get early access to new API features
• Provide feedback during development

I'll forward your feedback to our product development team for consideration in future API enhancements.
