Issues with Multy X

I've had 2 Multy X units that have been running smoothly for years. Bridge/Node stopped working recently, either flashing white > or blue >.

Went to troubleshoot via app and my account had been removed/deleted. Had to sign up again and create a new network even though I could still see network running off Multy. Have gone through the set up process I think about 6 times now, even swapping over the units.

Gets to end of set up and I just get a screen with blue circle of death! (Pics attached) Does nothing from this point. Have to exit app and start all over again. Once it did go past the blue circle of death after about 8/9 minutes of waiting and stated that Bluetooth couldn't be found and to start again.

Cannot finish set up and add bridge/node. Network does go active but still does not recognise on app, still wants me to install a unit.

Can anyone help with this please as was very happy with network previously.
