How to clone firewall settings on Nebula?

Answer:

When creating site, you can select Replicate from another site. So the new site would have the same firewall settings as the site you replicate from.

Or you can go to Organization-wide > Organization-wide manage > Configuration templates. In this page, you can clone a site configuration to another site.
