Original Firmware for NR5103E

Dear Community,

I own a Zyxel NR5103E router and was searching for a firmware update. Unfortunately, I accidentally installed firmware intended for the NR5103 model instead.

Now, the router's power light remains red, and the Wi-Fi is not working.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone know how to recover the router from this state? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions to help resolve this problem.

Hi Ibrahim,

We have a firmware protection mechanism to prevent upgrading a device with firmware intended for a different model. Could you please share which ISP did you purchase the NR5103 from?
