To enable the Content Filter function, an Elite Pack license is required for both the SCR 50AXE/USG LITE 60AX.
Navigate to Site-wide > Configure > Security router > Traffic management
Content filtering applies blocked categories to individual clients and can be used as a form of parental control.
You can also customized your category list.
