Question :
Why can't I update the firmware via FTP on the USG Flex H model?
Answer :
The possible reason is that the system is experiencing insufficient memory (as shown in the warning message below).
552-Insufficient memory for firmware upgrade!!
552 Please reboot the device first, then perform the firmware upgrade.
Please reboot the device and try updating the firmware again. After the reboot, the user was able to successfully update the firmware via FTP.
