GS-1915 8-ep not connecting to nebula after fibre network upgrade

Hi all,
we have recently installed a GS1915 8-ep switch in a clients premises, they had a fibre line installed last week and ever since our switch cannot communicate with Nebula (the switch is working fine but always shows as offline in the Nebula portal.
We have checked there new router for any blocked ports or services (Eir Sagecom CS50001) there do not appear to be any.
We have tried rebooting the switch but this has not solved the issue either.
Is there anything else we should try?
