Zyxel NR5103E - Some parameters are missing

Dear Zyxel Support,

I’m using the NR5103E router on an LTE-A network. The following parameters always display as 0, regardless of signal quality or load: RSCP, EcNo, CQI, PMI, RI, MCS.

Device software:

Module SW: MP1V120XS.2133.01.B1

Firmware: V1.00(ACDJ.1)D1 (latest)

I’ve tried switching network modes, using INT/EXT antennas, and locking bands/PCI. No change.

I understand RSCP and EcNo apply to UMTS/GPRS, but LTE-A values like CQI, PMI, RI, and MCS should report data. Their constant 0 suggests a reporting or firmware issue.

Is this a known limitation or bug? Any fix available?
