Im having the same issue as others - the Multy app refuses to connect to the router, which I think is affecting my ability to add additional Multy X units.

Please can you send me the latest firmware for the WSQ50 and install instructions?

Hello Zyxel Support Team,

I have a Zyxel Multy X (model WSQ50) that I cannot connect to the Multy app on iOS.
I’ve read that a firmware update can fix this issue. Could you please provide me with
the latest firmware file (.bin) for manual installation?
