Bought Nebula Plus, Features not unlocked





Hey, we purchased Nebua Plus for our Firewall, however - despite the license being active - I am still not able to access the Plus Features. Especially the 7 days event log would be important, which is why this would problem is somewhat time sensitive.
The incident that we want to look into is now 4 days old already…

Do you have other Zyxel Devices on your network or just the Firewall?
If you have other devices all of them need the Plus license to make the feature available.

I see, that's a bit of a bummer because we don't really need all the features. Nevertheless, I just bought the Plus Pack for all devices for a month - however it still is not able to handle more than 24 hours of Event Log or any other Plus features yet, despite saying at the top "Welcome to Nebula Plus Pack!Make the most of your network without limitations."
Any idea why? Does it need a little time to update internally?

To help us check the license and organization status directly, could you please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide us your org. & site name via private message?
If necessary, we may temporarily join as an administrator to verify the current status. Once the inspection is completed, we will remove the account.
This will allow us to confirm whether the license is properly applied and why the Plus features (such as the 7-day event log) are not yet accessible.
