GS1920-48HP don`t connect to Nebula

Hello. I have a problem. My GS1920-48HP switch failed under warranty. The supplier replaced the switch with a new one. The problem is that this new switch is added to Nebula, but its status is OFFLINE. I can access the switch via the web interface, but I would like to configure it via Nebula.

Regarding the switch already added to Nebula but still showing offline status, please refer to this article for troubleshooting the issue. Additionally, it is recommended to upgrade your switch to the latest firmware version, which is now available as V5.00(ABMK.1).
