Zyxel SecuExtender VPN Client - IPSec and SSL VPN Client

Hi Guys

We’re receiving multiple requests for SecuExtender VPN Client (IPSec/SSL) licenses for USG FLEX Firewall's, but Brazilian channels show no availability. Could you please confirm:

• Lifecycle status: active or EoS/EoL (include SKUs, OS support).
• Regional availability: Brazil/LATAM inventory or ETAs; if EoS/EoL, provide last-buy/support dates.
• Official replacement: recommended client for IPSec/IKEv2 and/or SSL, and compatibility with USG FLEX / USG FLEX H / .
• Interim guidance: use of OS-native IKEv2 (Windows/macOS/iOS; Android via StrongSwan), required firmware, and links to official guides.

A brief official statement will help us inform customers and partners.

The official SecuExtender is the subscription-based **SecuExtender Zero Trust VPN Client**, supporting both IPSec and SSL VPN protocols. This client offers features like bandwidth throttling and is compatible with USG FLEX and USG FLEX H series firewalls. Latest versions are Windows: IPSec_SSL_VPN_7.7.50.008 and macOS: IPSec_SSL_VPN_3.2.4.19. Licenses are available in 3-year and 5-year subscriptions.

For immediate VPN needs with USG FLEX / USG FLEX H / series firewalls, Zyxel recommends using OS-native IKEv2 VPN clients on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android (via StrongSwan). These offer a free alternative for IPSec VPN connections. USG FLEX and USG FLEX H firewalls can generate VPN scripts for these native clients.

SecuExtender Zero Trust VPN Client licenses can be purchased through channel partners, authorized resellers, or the Zyxel Marketplace. For specific inventory and ETAs in Brazil, please consult local Zyxel distributors and partners like Zyxel Communications Brasil Ltda.
