Widget malfunction - "Clients by manufacturers"

Hello everyone,

this morning I have all the ORGs with this malfunction:

How can I solve this issue?

    I checked some of our site's clients and had the same issue.

    Could you help to provide the issue client's MAC address with us so we can have further investigation? (Few of clients is enough) You can find it in the client page, please remember to check the manufacturer display option.

    Sorry for the delayed update. This issue has been solved last Tuesday. We also add a monitor log to monitor this issue to prevent similar issues from happening.

    Hi @GiuseppeR

    I checked with our team and there was no issue after we add the monitoring tool. About this issue, it is more likely the MAC address is not able to verified. I used the wireshark OUI Lookup Tool and get the same result. So, the issue is from the device's vendor, not Nebula can't verify the MAC/OUI.
