Assistance Needed with Multy U WSR30 AC2100 Devices


Dear Zyxel Support,
I have a Multy U system consisting of 3 devices:
3 × Multy U WSR30 AC2100
However, I am unable to configure them using the latest version of the app from Google Play Store, as it keeps failing/interrupting.
I also cannot access the device via its IP address (192.168.212.5).
Using Telnet, I can retrieve the following device information:
