NAS 326 - Connection Problem with Windows 11

Until recently, I could access shared folders via Total Commander: by clicking on Network Neighborhood, I could see the NAS326 network resource and open the default folders (admin, music, photo, video, etc.)
Then suddenly, the NAS326 entry was no longer available until several Windows restarts, but the NAS was working perfectly, it responded to pings, opened via browser, etc.
Now, to enable data exchange via Total Commander, I had to set up an FTP connection with the IP address: I enter the password and it opens, but I can't open the contents, edit them, or transfer them to my PC; I can only copy from the NAS to the PC and vice versa.
This is a bit annoying.
Perhaps it's due to M$ blocking the SMB protocol?
Yet, since the security change was introduced, the direct connection still worked.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Or what software do you recommend?
Thanks for your help.
Regards.

If NAS326 does not support SMBv2 I doubt could be used from a Windows 11 installation. AFAIK SMB v1 has been stripped since few months from Microsoft's OS.
