WAN1 utilization from Nebula App shows wrong values

Hello everyone,

I have a FTTW WAN connection linked to an ORG of mine that could use an upload of maximum 20 Mbps.

Via the Nebula App it is shown a non valid value when the upload bandwith is saturated by a remote backup:

While via nebula webpage is correct:

Is there a way to fix it?

Could you please provide more details via private message, such as the model name, org. name, Nebula app version, mobile phone OS (Android, or iOS), etc., and enable Zyxel Support Access, so we can investigate further?
