SCR 50AXE V1.20(ACGN.0) - no traffic on "Security router network applications"

Hello everyone,

after the firmware upgrade I cannot see any sort of traffic on the widget with some of my ORGs (healthcare in this case):

Also on another ORG with that security router I can see almost zero traffic (pharmacy here):

And another one too (building site here):

How can I fix it?

To further investigate this issue, we’ll need to check more details from your device.

Could you please:

1. Enable Zyxel Support Access on NCC.
2. Provide us with your org. & site name and the diagnostic info file.

Once we receive the information, we’ll proceed with the analysis and update you accordingly.
